Release v0.2.0!


The latest release of the game is here, v0.2.0! There are a number of changes that have been made to the game, some under the hood to make our lives easier on the dev team, and some much more front and center to give you a much more enjoyable experience. Here's a list of our features, bug fixes, and changes since the previous version.

The survey has also been updated with a few new questions

Enemy AI Overhaul
The Enemy AI has been completely reworked to be more aggressive, pathfind smarter, and make better decisions to make an all around more deadly foe.

Event System Overhaul
A lot of changes were made to how dialogue and events are run under the hood, so while you may not notice changes in story events they may run differently than previously with the new systems.

Tweaks
- Paths to some of the dialogue in the overworld have been moved slightly
- Save stumps have been reworked
- Default audio levels have been changed
- The inventory has been resized
- Using provisions through your inventory now heals 3hp as opposed to the 5hp that save stumps heal

Bug Fixes
- Fixed being able to continue moving when battle is over
- Fixed enemies breaking the game when reaching the edge of the arena
- Fixed issues with arena spawns breaking the game
- Fixed provisions not being consumed on save stumps
- Fixed provisions being able to be used on max health

New Features
- Added highlighting the entire action for enemies and players
- Added hopping animation to the overworld movement
- Added healthbars and damage numbers to enemies, with options to toggle them on/off
- Added more sound effects to actions in the game
- Added camera 'trailing' to follow the player on the overworld
- Added more options to the options menu and reformatted the options menu
